Glossary of Terms

JeetWin – A licensed online platform offering casino games and sports betting tailored for Indian players.

Affiliate Program – A revenue-sharing partnership allowing participants to promote JeetWin and earn commissions from referred traffic.

Affiliate Partner – Any individual or business that joins the JeetWin Affiliate Program and refers players through custom tracking links.

Referred Players – Users who register and place bets on JeetWin via the affiliate’s promotional links or banners.

Revenue Share – A portion of the net earnings generated by referred players, paid to the affiliate as commission.

Net Gaming Revenue – Player losses minus winnings, bonuses, chargebacks, and other adjustments.

Payout – The affiliate’s earnings transferred to their selected withdrawal method once minimum thresholds are met.

Billing Period – A monthly cycle used to calculate and issue affiliate payments.

Promotional Tools – Official marketing assets, including banners, links, and creatives provided by JeetWin.

Program Participation

By enrolling in the JeetWin Affiliate Program, you agree to the full terms and conditions presented here.

JeetWin reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. All updates are deemed effective once posted to the affiliate portal.

Participants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date contact details.

Each affiliate is responsible for securing their login credentials. JeetWin is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence.

JeetWin may deny or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates are provided with official marketing materials and may only use them as intended. Any impersonation of JeetWin staff or misrepresentation of the brand is strictly prohibited.

Activities not allowed include:

• Sending bulk spam emails or deploying unauthorized pop-ups/pop-unders
• Bidding on branded search terms or misspellings of "JeetWin"
• Creating domains or social media handles that imitate JeetWin
• Manipulating tracking systems through cookie dropping or iframe abuse

Violations of these rules may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or business. Referring oneself is not allowed under any circumstance.

Commission Model

New affiliates begin with a 20% revenue share. If no new first-time depositors are generated within six months, the rate drops to 15%. After a full year of inactivity, commissions may be reduced to 5%.

Commissions will not be paid on fraudulent users, bonus abusers, or accounts involved in chargebacks. These users will be removed from earnings calculations.

Policy for High-Risk Players

Users who produce a negative net revenue exceeding $10,000 in a calendar month will be flagged as high-risk.

• Such losses will carry over month to month but are tied to the same user only.
• Negative balances do not affect earnings from other referred players.

Commission Payment Process

Monthly payments are made by the 15th for earnings generated in the previous month. The minimum payout amount is $100.

If an affiliate has not reached the payout threshold, their earnings will roll over to the next month. Payment delays, if any, will not exceed 60 days.

Disputes and Contact

Disagreements must be submitted via email to the affiliate support team. All cases will be reviewed within 14 business days.

JeetWin maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behavior. Offensive or dishonest claims may result in permanent termination from the program.
